Global Onsite expands on worldwide engineering offering with UK office based in Kent

International engineering services firm Global Onsite has chosen Faversham, Kent as its third key location in its ongoing expansion. The new office increases Global Onsite’s ability to provide clients with a local, UK based Accumulator Service Centre and IRATA trained rope access technicians for both Oil & Gas and Wind Turbines.

The location in the UK is key as it makes the most of its proximity to the large wind Farms off the coast of Kent and allows for quick response times in supporting other locations in the UK.

The last year has seen the company strengthen its presence by adding Las Palmas in Gran Canaria to it’s Norway base and has now chosen Kent as the third key location in its on-going global expansion.

The office will be led by Scott Mills, Operations Manager for Global Onsite, bringing his <#> years experience alongside extensive knowledge of Hydraulic Hose Production, Hose Management (Parker Tracking System) & Accumulator overhauling to the UK engineering market.

The main sectors that Global Onsite provides services for are Oil & Gas and renewable energy, however they are also looking to support other industries.

When asked about the choice to open an office in Kent, Scott Mills responded “For me personally, it’s close to my family but also benefits from being close to London for travel and quick access to Europe by road.”

“The opening of this office is very exciting for the growth of the company and we believe that with our continued hard work, maintaining transparency in business and providing the best service we will have continued success. We hope for future growth and will therefore be taking on more staff benefiting the local community ”

Global Onsite believes that their presence in these three locations is key for the service that they provide, having business running smoothly is crucially important to them, building good relations and trust with their clients is paramount. Going forward with expansion, they will be looking to make footholds in UAE and Singapore.

We are now able to offer an integrated solution that combines products, services and technologies on an on-site basis. The use of original spare parts provides tangible benefits including shorter inspection time and the reduction of complexity help to lower costs and save time.

We can utilize the Parker Tracking System (PTS) which helps schedule accumulator maintenance, providing automated notifications on inspections and replacement parts.
